Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for non-IT roles
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Should be able to work on volume hiring/Bulk hiring, Campus hiring, and niche non-tech requirements
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
- Negotiate job offers and manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in non-IT recruiting
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Experience with social media recruiting and other candidate sourcing techniques
