Recruitment Specialist – Non IT

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for non-IT roles
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Should be able to work on volume hiring/Bulk hiring, Campus hiring, and niche non-tech requirements
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities

 

 

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in non-IT recruiting
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Experience with social media recruiting and other candidate sourcing techniques
