NRG Group of companies is a fast-growing Global FMCG & EXIM company having offices in Ireland, Netherlands, and India. Dealing with its worldwide suppliers and customer base for the past 10+ years.

We are looking for a dynamic candidate who has good Communication Skills with fluency in English, and Hindi to make international calls to generate leads from the available database and also to source international customers for international exports of Indian Grocery & FMCG Products for developing overseas business.

We are the traders of Indian Grocery & Food Products to European Countries and authorized importers for a few of the brands like Haldiram, Aachi, Patanjali Etc in the Europe Market.

We are looking for a person with commitment and who can stay for a long-time with us.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cold calling to International Customers for International Export of Indian Grocery and Food Products overseas
  • Identifying the Importers from European, African, and Gulf Market for Indian Grocery and Food Products.
  • Maintain the database of customers and provide the information as per their requirements
  • Developing self-generated leads by making calls and appointments with potential customers and regular follow-ups to generate new leads for the company
  • Corresponding with international clients for their product requirements and informing to the concerned team for offering them reasonable prices
  • Preparing presentations to the clients related to company and company products
  • Connect with prospective clients and organize business meetings and One on One Conversations with Prospective Clients
  • Take and forward the received orders to respective departments
  • Maintain the records of calls and data for future references
  • Develop new and existing relationships with Customers.
  • Managing Records of Sales, Revenue and Other Important Data

Required Experience

  • Must and should have a minimum of 3-5 Years of experience in International Telesales.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel Sheets, and mailing
  • Time Management and prioritizing the work accordingly.
  • Must and should have good communication, Interpersonal & Team skills.

Qualification Required

  • Must be a Graduate/Postgraduate with an International Sales background in English Medium.

Other points

  • Able to communicate fluently in English & Hindi.
  • Other languages will be an added advantage to this position.
  • Preferable to candidates working and staying in Hyderabad or ready to relocate.
