Qualification: Graduate/MBA or any certification in Export documentation

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year of Export Logistic work experience

Knowledge & Skills Required

 

1. Pre-shipment exports documents preparation
2. Good hands-on experience in exports & local freight management
3. Excellent MS Office (excel/word & PPT) skills
4. Email communication should be excellent
5. Analyze the supply chain’s output, products & processes
6. Good written & verbal communication skills
7. Strong Interpersonal & Negotiation skills, which can be used for relationship building & business profitability.

Responsibilities

1. A comparative study to bring the best-negotiated freight
2. Whole Exports Logistics team management
3. Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
4. Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle.

Key Result Areas

1. Managing the Logistics department
2. Bringing the best freight from shipping lines/shipping-agents

3. Shipment planning based on sales/production planning
