Export Import Executive

We are looking for a person with commitment and who can stay for a long-time with us.

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Timely Dispatch from Warehouse and transportation to the ICD/CFS/Port.
• Import and Export Customs Clearance Coordination with Agent and Forwarder.
• Error-free documentation and Record maintenance/management.
• Timely Payment and Bill Processing after approval for all Logistics vendors.
• To provide support and timely information to domestic Suppliers and foreign customers.
• To ensure export and import regulations Compliance.

Required Experience

• Must and should have a minimum of 0-5 Years of experience in Imports and Exports of international shipments.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel Sheets and mailing
• Must and should have good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification Required

• Must be a Graduate / Postgraduate with academic background in English with a good academic track record

Other points

• Able to communicate in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Able to work with Mobile devices
